Information: Mission or Goal: Silver Club Programs provide social, mental and physical enrichment for people with memory loss through the enjoyment of storytelling, music, movement, nature, art and good food. Together we make every moment matter.

Main target audience/recipients: Individuals with mild and moderate memory loss or other cognitive changes. Typically people have diagnoses of mild cognitive impairment, Alzheimer's disease, or another form of dementia.

What you wish to do with fund raised: Operating costs of the program. The University provides the building; the program raises all operating costs.
