Here's some information on how to get started:

Registration for your nonprofit is completely free and very easy! You can register online here.

Once registered, we will post your nonprofit name & contact info on our website (under the Find a Charity tab to the left), your nonprofit will be included in both the team and nonprofit listings on our online race registration, so that runners can join your team as fundraisers and/or make additional donations to your organization. Your nonprofit will also be included in the "Make a Donation" form that we have set up for online giving, free of charge to you!

Your registration will generate a 'welcome' email that includes username and password information to access our Non Profit section of the website. Once you enter this information you will access a page full of information for you, the nonprofit.  Each link is part of the nonprofit packet; one packet is for you the "Team Captain" and the other is for the "Participants" on your team raising funds for your nonprofit.  You are welcome to download and print whatever you would like from this page.  There are some fundraising ideas, sample letters, team captain instructions, registration forms, and more.

The welcome email will also instruct you on how to submit nonprofit profile information and logos for your web profile on our site.

Finally, all registered nonprofits are entitled and encouraged to host a FREE booth at the event Expo on Saturday October 2, 2010 at Pioneer High School from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. What a fantastic way to raise public awareness and generate support for your organization!
